Will Adams’ Bio

Born and raised in North Carolina, I grew up in a builder, investor household. I began remodeling historic homes at age 18 and ultimately pursued a degree in Economics and Real Estate from Virginia Tech. In great depth I studied Real Estate law, appraisal, ethics, brokerage, investments, and sustainable development. In Blacksburg I served as the marketing director for a boutique real estate brokerage and assistant to one of the top producers in the area.

I started calling Ocracoke and the Outer Banks home in 2016 and quickly pursued a lead carpenter position with multiple, reputable General Contractors in the area. I now couple my real estate license with a NC General Contractor license that specializes in remodeling, additions, and new construction. We have a proven track record of property improvements that increase the net operating income of investors' vacation rentals.
